Epsilon Omega Chapter House Corporation Board President Wynell Biles writes to the Alpha Phi Executive Office with a copy of the deed restrictions that apply to all fraternity and sorority house lots on the Texas A&M University campus. Biles explains that Alpha Phi is exempt from these restrictions because the Epsilon Omega Chapter house was purchased from the original owners. Copies of the deeds and sale contracts are also available in the collection.
